How long does it take for updates to be made?

We respond to all requests within one business day. Most updates are completed in 2-3 business days.

How do I request updates and revisions?

Send a detailed email to support@helpwithyoustg.wpengine.com. We will respond to any questions from there and get you time estimate.

Do you offer urgent and off-hours support?

Yes! Shoot us an email at urgent@helpwithyoustg.wpengine.com and someone from our team will respond ASAP.

Urgent and off-hours requests will be billed in 30 minute increments at our rush rate of $250/hr and will be billed separately from the packages above.

How will I know how many hours I've used in a month?

After every request is completed, we’ll send a report showing how much time was used and how much time you have left for the month.

What happens if I go over my paid time?

You will be billed in 30 minute increments at an overage rate of $200 per hour for all additional work. We will send you an email when your time is getting close to running out or if the revisions requested will go over the time you have left.

Does my time roll over?

No. Unused hours will not accumulate or be rolled into a balance. Your allotted time refreshes on the first of each month.

Do you offer website management for sites that you didn't build?

Unfortunately, we do not. We can only offer management services for sites that we have designed and built.
