A long-term project for a client who has an expansive Coffee Education and Training business. This site incorporates eCommerce best practices, SEO copywriting for maximized Google visibility, an expansive blog, and the ability to purchase downloadable content for passive income.
Long-Form Sales Landing Pages
The group has many products for sale on their website. One of which is a subscription-model coffee training platform called onlinebaristatraining.com. We built a long-form landing page, including writing all sales copy with the intention of alleviating customer concerns, and convincing them to make a purchase.
Their best sales tool
The client’s ultimate end goal was to collect leads, and get customers on the phone with their sales representatives. One of the first things we did was install an appointment booking software, and directly on the homepage made it clear that users are invited to schedule a free consultation.
Before users click away, they are prompted with a pop up offering them a free ebook in exchange for their contact information.
Your website should be your best salesperson. In theory, you want someone to be able to find your site, become interested in what you are selling, get their questions answered, and able to make the purchase they desire without first having to talk to someone.
We made it easy for this company’s customers to book workshops, and purchase their wares all under one website. We even included a Frequently Asked Questions page to ease people’s minds about things they might have concerns about.
